Carol Kemp-DeLisser, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated v. Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center et al.: A Hartford hospital has agreed to settle a lawsuit for $107 million over allegations that the Catholic Church-affiliated health system failed to comply with federal rules.

Carol Kemp-DeLisser, of East Windsor, is a participant in Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center’s pension plan for employees. She filed a class action in U.S. District Court in Connecticut against the hospital last year alleging that the pension plan was wrongly classified as a church plan.
