A retired attorney was arrested after he allegedly drove on a sidewalk to get around parked school buses outside a Weston school. Afterward, he filed a lawsuit against town officials, accused a judge of bias and, recently, lost his claim.

Robert Pritsker had sued Weston, the Weston Board of Education, Police Chief John Troxell, a police officer and two school officials in 2014. Pritsker alleged intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress because of his 2011 arrest.
