The parents of two first-graders killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting massacre are offering to settle their wrongful death lawsuit against Newtown and its Board of Education for $5.5 million each.
Lawyers for the parents of Noah Pozner and Jesse Lewis filed the offer of compromise in Danbury Superior Court on June 13.
