One of the state’s most prominent elder law practices is expanding for the second time in the past two years. Berlin-based CzepigaDalyPope is opening an office in the Litchfield County town of New Milford and adding two attorneys.

The additions will bring the attorney head count to 11 and add a western Connecticut office to the current locations of Berlin, Hartford, Simsbury and South Windsor. The firm, which has nearly 30 other staff members, focuses on estate planning as well as elder law.
