Three Connecticut law firms have opened new offices, two have hired city government attorneys and two have added intellectual property lawyers.

In Westport, the employment law firm of Brody and Associates has moved to a new home on Post Road in Westport, not far from the previous location. The firm says the new office, about twice the size of the previous one, will allow it to add associates and administrative staff to meet the demands of a growing client base. “Our team is excited about the growth we are experiencing, and this move represents a commitment to continue to build on the success of our team.” Robert Brody, founder of Brody and Associates, said in a prepared statement.
