A former Hamden attorney who resigned from the bar late last year amid theft allegations is facing another accusation that he stole from a client.
North Haven police charged Giacinto Costa, 76, a Wallingford resident, with one count of first-degree larceny in June, following a six-month investigation. Costa was also arrested in a separate case in April. Costa, who had practiced law at Greenberg & Costa, has not yet entered any plea, and is next due in Superior Court in Meriden on July 21.
