The state Appellate Court has knocked $1 million off a verdict of nearly $1.3 million in the case of two business partners who had a falling out after more than two decades.
Robert Majewicz and Gene Kasica started a business in 1993 called System Pros Inc., which offered computer and software consulting services to insurance companies. The insurance companies would use the software to process their information and billing.
