A Connecticut federal judge has dismissed claims by a Priceline customer that the online service’s “Name Your Own Price” feature was misleading.
Priceline, nationally recognized in part from its “Priceline negotiator” commercials featuring William Shatner and Kaley Cuoco, is a company that facilitates online travel reservations for such services as hotels, airlines and rental cars. It is headquartered in Norwalk.
