A national liquor retailer with four Connecticut locations has filed a lawsuit against state officials in U.S. District Court challenging the state’s laws governing liquor pricing.

Connecticut Fine Wine and Spirits, which does business as Total Wine & More, on Aug. 23 sued Jonathan Harris, the commissioner of the state Department of Consumer Protection, and John Suchy, the director of the state Division of Liquor Control.
