HARTFORD — After departing for a while to work at a university, attorney James Ray has returned to Robinson & Cole as a partner in the firm’s environmental and utilities group.
Ray worked at the firm for 23 years before leaving 18 months ago to take a position at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was the director of the Career Planning Center.
