A Shelton-based attorney already facing charges in state court for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile now faces federal charges that he produced child pornography.
Peter G. Kruzynski, 50, was arrested on Friday and charged with production and possession of child pornography. He appeared the same day in U.S. District Court before Magistrate Judge Joan G. Margolis in New Haven. Kruzynski posted a $250,000 bond and was released, but Margolis ordered him to be on electronic monitoring.
