The Connecticut Supreme Court has agreed to review the recent landmark ruling that called Connecticut’s education funding system unconstitutional.
Notice was sent by the state’s highest court Tuesday to the Attorney General’s Office, which is representing the state in the litigation, and the Connecticut Coalition for Justice in Education Funding, a nonprofit advocacy group that brought the case on behalf of 15 students and their families in high-poverty areas.
