A federal judge has denied a Greenwich-based private equity firm’s motion to order two internet registries to assist in the recovery of the firm’s domain name, which it says was stolen by an unknown thief.
According to a complaint filed earlier this month, Jacobs Private Equity has been registered for the past 12 years with Network Solutions as the owner of www.JPE.com.
