Earlier in her career, Jennifer Kleiner worked as a resident manager at a program for homeless girls under the age of 18.
Twenty-five years later, Kleiner is now a lawyer and counsel at Verrill Dana in Westport. Along with Verrill Dana partner Cheryl Johnson, they helped the program for which Kleiner used to work as a support staff member survive a crisis brought on by funding cuts by Connecticut’s Department of Children & Families.
