Keisha Palmer joined Hartford-based Robinson & Cole roughly eight years ago. While her workload and responsibilities have grown, it’s still that personal relationship with her clients that she finds most rewarding.

As an associate in the firm’s public finance group, she advises state, municipal and tribal governments on bond issues and other financing transactions, many of which go to support affordable housing and community development.
