The managing partner of a mail service provider that sends out bulk mailings waived his right to be indicted and pleaded guilty Tuesday in Hartford federal court to one count of mail fraud stemming from his role in a scheme to defraud the U.S. Postal Service of nearly $750,000.
Cheshire resident Robert Kuss, managing partner of the Bristol-based Creative Marketing Group, is set to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Robert Chatigny on April 17, 2017.
