A Hamden-based law firm has sued one of its former attorneys for breach of contract, claiming in court papers that she was “soliciting” clients before she left.

Jon Biller, who works for Biller, Sachs, Raio & Zito, claims in the March 24 amended lawsuit that the actions of attorney Leslie Gold McPadden are “immoral, unethical, oppressive or unscrupulous, and it has caused substantial injury to the Biller Law Firm.” The lawsuit states that McPadden agreed to “never take a client upon leaving the firm.”
