A former IBM managing director has settled a personal injury case for $15 million involving a package delivery truck that hit her based on “strong proof” of liability and loss of future earnings, her lawyer said.
Kathleen McDonald, the former director, who ran a $600 million health care insurance account for IBM, was struck by a truck driven by a contracted driver while using a crosswalk in Greenwich, Connecticut, in 2014, said her attorney, David Golomb of Manhattan.
