A trademark dispute between Wallingford-based Edible Arrangements and a New Hampshire-based company using “Edible” in its name has been settled.
Details of the settlement were kept confidential, but Edible Arrangements acknowledged in an April 28 release that Edible Commerce Consulting of Dover, New Hampshire, has agreed to rebrand to a new company name as part of the deal, resolving all disputes between the companies.
