Proposed parking fees for non-residents at town beaches are prohibitive, outrageous and designed to obstruct the court’s ruling opening the beaches to all. Even more egregious than that-in the face of all these barriers-how is a regular guy to answer the pressing social question: Are there any natural blondes in Connecticut?
