A Hartford lawyer who failed to pay a $32,000 judgment in a wrongful termination case against his firm was among those disciplined by the Statewide Grievance Committee last month.
Grievance officials, however, determined there was no clear and convincing evidence to support a claim that attorney Arnold L. Beizer intentionally transferred assets to avoid paying the judgment owed to Albert P. Lenge, now the deputy director and assistant general counsel of the state Elections Enforcement Commission.
