A federal judge has thrown out the workplace sex harassment claims of a hospital environmental worker who claims a supervisory nurse made a practice of grabbing his crotch and buttocks, and that she once “slammed” a broom into his rectum.
Bravell Arnold, who works in the neurology unit of Yale-New Haven Hospital claimed nurse Jane Kreuger “regularly touched my buttocks and my crotch” four to eight times a day.
