Unpaid Endorsement an Open-Ended Deal

A former student took Stone Academy to court over TV commercial in which she endorsed the school, claiming they used her likeness for economic gain. Hartford attorney John L. Bonee III, who represents Stone Academy, said his client was unaware of a former student's objections to being used in TV endorsements until she filed suit.
