The jury in the drunken driving trial of Broward Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato went home without reaching a verdict.
Palm Beach County Court Judge Mark Eissey recessed court at 11:20 p.m. Thursday after jurors finished a late-night pizza and deliberated for almost four hours.
The three-man, three-woman panel opted to return Friday afternoon after being given the choice of playing back the testimony of the investigating officer Thursday night or Friday. The testimony of Officer Robert Jesionek is nearly two hours.
