Robert Brochin, a 30-year trial lawyer and co-leader of the commercial litigation practice at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, has been appointed managing partner of the Miami office.

Brochin replaces Mark Zelek, former managing partner of the office and chair of the firm's international labor and employment practice.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Brochin worked in public service, first as deputy counsel to the governor, then as Florida inspector general and as a member of the 1998 Florida Constitution Revision Commission.
