A made-for-TV feud between two sisters, already the subject of a civil fraud suit and a contentious probate action, is being brought to court on a $10 million claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In the dysfunctional family lawsuit, the plaintiff blames the defendant for causing an emotional rift in the family.

The lawsuit assigned to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Bronwyn Miller shows little love lost between sisters Jenny Fay Eisenstadt and Rebekah Kobrowski Cohen. Eisenstadt accuses her older sister “Becky” of a litany of bad faith acts: embezzling from the family company, feigning a heightened commitment to the Jewish faith, engineering a rift between Eisenstadt and their 83-year-old mother Norma Kobrowski, and manipulating the mentally incapacitated matron into increasing the share of her inheritance.
