The state and a Florida Panhandle dairy are crying foul over unspilled milk. Skim milk to be exact.

U.S. District Judge Robert L. Hinkle in Tallahassee on Monday rejected a state request to dismiss a First Amendment lawsuit filed in November by Ocheesee Creamery LLC owner Mary Lou Wesselhoeft.

The Grand Ridge dairy is resisting the state's insistence that its single-ingredient pasteurized skim milk be labeled “Non-Grade A Milk Product, Natural Milk Vitamins Removed.”
