Dealmakers: Nancy Lash and Chris Pace
The Deal: Lash, a Greenberg Traurig shareholder, and Pace, a Jones Day partner, represented ArtCenter South Florida in the $88.2 million sale of its building at 800 Lincoln Road to South Beach TriStar 800.
Details: The $5,000 per-square-foot sale, which closed Oct. 21, reflects the white-hot real estate market along Lincoln Road.
