Broward County Court Judge Kathleen McHugh's most talked-about moment as an attorney may have been when she asked prospective jurors if they masturbated.
She was defending a prisoner accused of indecent exposure for masturbating in a cell at the county jail.
“If they're going to put that crime on trial, I need to know the jurors feelings about it,” McHugh said.
