A case involving the Wolf of Wall Street’s right paw is generating considerable heat for a Fort Lauderdale health care lawyer and his firm.

A federal magistrate filed a recommendation Monday that would disqualify Parker Eastin and his firm Nicholson & Eastin from representing Tiffany Bumbury. She’s pursuing a whistleblower lawsuit against Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies Inc. in Boca Raton, where she worked as a telemarketer for three months until she was fired in 2010.
