Details: When an American Airlines pilot accused his surgeon and anesthesiologist of causing nerve damage that cost him his career, the Stearns Weaver defense attorneys needed a vigorous argument to stop the $10.5 million medical malpractice suit.
Former pilot Daniel Crowe sued Cleveland Clinic Florida, surgeon Steven Wexner and anesthesiologist Jeffrey Jacobs for $6.5 million in economic damages plus $4 million for pain and suffering.
