CBRE Team Arranges $72M Loan on Boca Raton Offices
Chris Apone, Jose Lobon, Charles Foschini and Christian Lee of CBRE arranged a bridge loan for two Boca Raton office buildings that were reacquired by Crocker Partners for $81 million.

Dealmakers: Charles Foschini, Christian Lee, Christopher Apone and Jose Lobon
The Deal: The CBRE team arranged a $71.6 million bridge loan for two Boca Raton office buildings that Crocker Partners LLC reacquired for $81 million from MetLife Real Estate Investors of Atlanta in December. The loan closed March 12.
The team that included Foschini, Lee, Apone and Lobon also arranged the sale of the 11-story Plaza at 5355 Town Center Road and the 10-story One Town Center at 1 Town Center Road to Boca Raton-based Crocker. The buildings are near the Town Center at Boca Raton mall on Glades Road.
