Three prime properties tied to disbarred lawyer and convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein are heading for the auction block.

The first sale slated for May 20 will bring to market a 7,500-square-foot commercial condo at 350 SE Second St. in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The condo would accommodate two tenants: a turnkey bank and adjoining space ready for retail buildout on the first floor of 350 Las Olas Place, a mixed-use residential tower just off Las Olas Boulevard.

“We're trying to achieve stalking horses and then setting auction dates,” said Jason Welt of Trustee Realty Inc. in Weston.
