The Deal: A Miami-based team of Greenberg Traurig lawyers represented Invesco Real Estate in the sale of the Helmsley Building in New York City to RXR Realty for $1.2 billion. Invesco's joint venture partner in the deal, which closed May 5, is Monday Properties.
The three were also part of a team, led by Giusto, who represented Dallas-based Invesco in acquiring the iconic property along with Monday Properties for $760 million in 2011.
