It turns out the bitter, drawn-out litigation over the shuttered Fashion Mall in Plantation isn’t over.
The 33-acre site sold at auction in March for $37.7 million despite an unsuccessful move by majority shareholder Tangshan Ganglu Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. to block the sale.
