Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Scott Bernstein said his goal of becoming a judge led him start his own law firm.

History may remember Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Scott Bernstein as the first openly gay man to run for judge in the county. He'd much rather be known for helping children.
“I didn't run for judge to be a gay judge,” he said. “I ran for judge because I wanted to be a public servant.”
Bernstein traces his Miami roots back a couple of generations before he arrived in the world.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
