Joseph Harbaugh, dean emeritus of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center, has been named interim president of the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina.

Joseph Harbaugh, dean emeritus of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center, has been named interim president of the Charleston School of Law.
Harbaugh, dean of the Davie law school from 1995 to 2008, will oversee day-to-day operations of the recently restructured South Carilina law school.
Harbaugh previously served as dean at the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia from 1987 to 1995, law professor at American University's Washington College of Law from 1984 to 1987 and law professor at Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia from 1974 to 1984.
