The Deal: The CBRE team represented Stiles Corp. in the $111.6 million sale of 800 Brickell to RAR 2-800 Brickell LLC, an affiliate of RREEF Property Trust. The deal at $533 per square foot closed May 12.
Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles, in partnership with Guggenheim Real Estate, bought the 15-story building in 2004 for $34 million in one of the developer's first major moves into Miami-Dade County.
