The Deal: The Holliday Fenoglio Fowler team secured $40 million in construction financing on behalf of Park Central Partners LLC for redevelopment of the historic Park Central Hotel in Miami Beach.
BB&T Real Estate Funding provided the three-year, floating-rate senior loan, which closed March 5.
