The Deal: The HFF director arranged $165 million in financing that cleared the way for New England Development and Clarion Partners to acquire Palm Beach Outlets, a sprawling open-air outlet mall in West Palm Beach.
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, a member of the MassMutual Financial Group, provided the long-term, fixed-rate loan that closed May 28.
