Arkansas Professor Named Florida A&M Law Dean
University of Arkansas Little Rock's Angela Epps is named dean of Florida A&M School of Law in Orlando, beating out 28 other applicants.

Florida A&M University College of Law has named University of Arkansas law professor Angela Epps the new dean, replacing LeRoy Pernell, who stepped down in July to become a faculty member.
Epps will assume her new post Jan. 4 at a salary of $252,000.
Epps is a law professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She previously served as associate dean for academic affairs at the school from 2008 to 2014.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
