Bernie Machen, former president of the University of Florida, can stop worrying about his potential liability for trying to control guns on campus.

Florida State University president John Thrasher had better beware, however. The National Rifle Association is drawing down on him and other officials—wherever they are—who interfere with its agenda for putting firearms in all public places, including classrooms and dormitories.
