The Deal: The Hinshaw & Culbertson attorneys represented Miami Waterfront Ventures LLC in its $48 million acquisition of 60 condominium units at 25 Bay Tower in Miami. The sales closed on Oct. 20.
An affiliate of Miami-based BridgeInvest LLC provided a $29.5 million acquisition loan that closed the same day.
