The Deal: The Foley & Lardner attorney represented Maynada Blue, an affiliate of Maynada Holdings LLC, in obtaining a $45.5 million commercial loan from lender B2R Finance LP that will provide cash for other investments or to distribute to investors.
The cash-out transaction, secured by 217 homes Maynada owns and rents, closed Oct. 16.
