The Deal: Since Papagno joined Hunt Mortgage Group LLC as a director in May, he boosted its small-balance portfolio by closing on four multifamily transactions that lent $9 million to investors in Miami, Pembroke Pines, Tampa and Coral Springs.
Details: New York-based Hunt Mortgage opened a Fort Lauderdale office this year and hired Papagno to lead the effort.
