The Deal: The Arnstein & Lehr attorneys represented sellers Harris Realty & Associates and Deborah Schluger in the $30 million sale of a two-story Miami Beach building. Rockpoint Group bought the CVS-anchored property in a deal that closed Dec. 10.
Details: The appraised value of the property at 312 Lincoln Road doubled in the past two years, according to the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser.
