The Deal: A White & Case team advised a group of commercial lenders and export credit agencies in the $306 million financing of the San Juan wind power project in Chile. The deal closed Nov. 19.
Details: The loan facilities will fund the construction and operation of the 185-megawatt San Juan project in the Atacama region that is being developed by Santiago-based Latin America Power, a company that generates electrical energy using renewable resources.
