The Deal: The Greenberg Traurig attorneys represented Sunrise-based Mednax, a national provider of physician services, in a $750 million private placement of 5.25 percent senior notes due Dec. 1, 2023. The transaction closed Dec. 8.
The $737.5 million net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the company's senior unsecured revolving credit facility and to make acquisitions.
