Performance reviews can be tough.

And this one from a state appellate court was blunt about Broward Circuit Judge Carlos A. Rodriguez's adjudication of a foreclosure dispute.

“The court's ruling was incorrect on all accounts,” Fourth District Court of Appeal Judge Dorian Damoorgian wrote in an opinion issued Wednesday with Judges Melanie May and Burton Conner.
