Partner Aram Bloom and of counsel Gavin White have joined the Miami office of Wilson Elser.
Bloom focuses his practice on health care transactions and licensing, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and government and regulatory litigation with insurers and government agencies. He serves as outside general counsel to health care and related businesses. Fluent in Spanish, Bloom acts as a cultural representative for clients headquartered in Spain and Latin America on opening U.S. operations. He also will work in the firm's West Palm Beach office.
Bloom was previously with Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann and Sachs Sax Caplan in Boca Raton.
